约旦电信监管委员会TRC于2025年9月16日发布第二号指令《2025年进口电信设备及通信产品审批指南》。此次关键性变更涉及认证有效期、豁免类别、受监管技术以及特定情况（研究或个人使用）之进口许可。

Jordan TRC Issues Instructions No. 2 for Telecom Equipment Approval

The Telecommunications Regulation Commission (TRC) of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan published Instructions No.2 of 2025–Conditions Instructions on Procedures for obtaining approval to import telecommunications equipment and communications devices on September 16, 2025.

The update introduces essential changes affecting approval validity, exemption categories, regulated technologies, and import permissions under specific circumstances such as research or personal use.

墨西哥新电信监管机构CRT全面投入运营

2025年10月17日，墨西哥正式解散联邦电信研究所IFT。新电信监管委员会CRT现已全面接管电信和广播监管工作。此次机构改革依据2025年《电信与广播法》实施，法案重新确立了联邦政府对国家数字基础设施的监管框架。政府现推出两个暂停期以支持变更过渡：

• 大多数行政程序暂停15个工作日。

• 认证程序暂停5个工作日。

Mexico Telecom Regulator CRT Now Fully Operational

As of October 17,2025, Mexico officially ended operations of the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT). The Comisión Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones (CRT) has now taken over all responsibilities for regulating the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors. This structural change comes under the 2025 Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law, which redefines federal oversight of the country’s digital infrastructure.The government introduced two suspension periods to support the transition:

• A 15-business day suspension applies to most administrative procedures.

• A 5-business day suspension affects type approval (homologation) processes.

墨西哥IFT-017-2023即将生效

墨西哥联邦电信研究院IFETEL于2025年2月10日发布了技术规范IFT-017-2023。新测试标准原定于2025年11月7日正式实施。目前多家权威实验室和认证机构已完成备案注册。自本技术规范生效之日起，针对5725-5850MHz频段之技术规范IFT-008-2015（NOM 208-SCFI-2016）将不再适用于数字调制设备及混合型设备（仅限数字调制部分）。在5150-5250MHz、5250-5350MHz、5470-5600MHz、5650-5725MHz及5925-6425MHz频段（或全部频段）运行之设备，若其审批程序在本技术规范生效前已启动，认证流程则遵循B类或C类进行处理。

Mexico IFT-017-2023 Enforcement Date Approaching

The Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFETEL) of Mexico previously published Disposición Técnica IFT-017-2023 on February 10, 2025. This new standard for 5 GHz and 6 GHz WLAN devices will be enforced beginning November 7, 2025. Major labs and Certification Bodies (CBs) have been registered and are ready to process new applications for this standard. Once this Technical Provision enters into force, the specifications and test methods relating to the 5725-5850 MHz frequency band are rendered ineffective only for digital modulation type equipment, as well as for hybrid type equipment (only for the digital modulation part), of Technical Provision IFT-008-2015 (NOM208-SCFI-2016). Equipment operating in any of the frequency bands 5150-5250 MHz, 5250-5350 MHz, 5470-5600 MHz, 5650-5725 MHz and 5925-6425 MHz or as a whole, for which approval procedures have been initiated prior to the entry into force of this Technical Provision, these will be resolved in accordance with the Type B or Type C approval procedures.

Pakistan PTA to Adopt Wi-Fi 7 in 6 GHz Band

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) announced on September 26, 2025 that approval has been granted for the adoption of Wi-Fi 7 in the 6 GHz frequency band (5925–6425 MHz) in line with parameters previously approved for Wi-Fi 6E.

 

巴西 (BRAZIL) 认证

巴西ANATEL颁布第14.158号法令

巴西国家电信局ANATEL于2025年10月1日颁布第14.158号法令。该法令基于限制性辐射无线电通信设备符合性评估技术要求《第14.448/2017号法令》和限制性辐射无线电通信设备符合性评估测试程序《第237/2022号法令》进行修订。该法令现已生效，将于2026年4月6日起强制实施。修订内容包括：调整适用于毫米波频段设备、5.150-5.350MHz频段无线接入系统、音视频传输系统及其他应用传输系统相关要求；新增局域网宽带无线接入系统的专项测试程序。

Brazil ANATEL issue new resolution Ato N° 14.158

The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil published Ato N° 14.158 on October 1, 2025. This new Act approves updates to Ato N°14.448/2017 on Technical Requirements for Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Radiocommunication Equipment; and Ato N°237/2022 on Test Procedures for Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Radio communication Equipment. On October 1, 2025, Anatel published Act No. 14158, revising Act No. 14448.The revisions to Act No. 14448 will become mandatory on April 6, 2026.These updates include the adjustments to the requirements applicable to: Devices operating in millimeter-wave bands; Wireless access systems operating in the 5.150 to 5.350 MHz band; Audio, video, or other application transmission systems; Specific test procedures for broadband wireless access systems for local area networks.

伊拉克CMC发布SRD和UWB法规

伊拉克通信与媒体委员会CMC于2025年9月29日颁布了短程无线电设备SRDs及超宽带UWB技术设备管理条例。正式开放6 GHz频段5945-6425 MHz，应用于Wi-Fi 6E和Wi-Fi 7技术。

Iraq CMC Publishes SRD and UWB Regulation

The Communications and Media Commission (CMC) of Iraq published the Regulation for Short-Range Radio Devices (SRDs) and Devices Using Ultra Wideband (UWB) Technology on September 29, 2025. This new Regulation opens the 6 GHz band (5945-6425 MHz) for Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7.

 

越南 (VIETNAM) 认证

越南MST开放EMC标准草案公众意见征集

越南科技部MST于2025年10月6日启动终端及辅助设备电磁兼容性国家技术法规草案《QCVN草案及说明》公众意见征集。草案指出新版电磁兼容性标准QCVN 86：2025/BKHCN将适用于2G、3G、4G、5G NR及LTE NB-IoT技术，将于2026年1月1日正式生效，其标准等效于EN 301 489-52 V1.3.1（2024-11）。2026年1月1日至12月31日期间，采用2G、3G和/或4G技术之设备SDoC认证流程可选用QCVN 86：2019/BTTTT或QCVN 86：2025/BKHCN新标准。5G NR和/或LTE NB-IoT技术设备可采用QCVN 18：2022/BTTTT或QCVN 86：2025/BKHCN新标准。自2027年1月1日起，上述所有设备必须采用QCVN 86：2025/BKHCN新标准进行SDoC申请。越南本土实验室正在筹备申请该标准MST资质认证，预计将于2026年1月1日前完成。公众意见征集将持续开放至2026年12月31日。

Vietnam MST Opens Public Consultation on Draft EMC Standard

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) of Vietnam has opened a public consultation on October 6, 2025, on the Draft Circular, draft QCVN and Explanation of Draft National Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Terminal and Ancillary Equipment. This new Draft EMC standard will apply to 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G NR, and LTE NB-IoT. The new standard, QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN, will be equivalent to EN 310 489-52 v1.3.1 (2024-11), and will come into effect on January 1, 2026. Between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, devices using 2G, 3G, and/or 4G technology may use either QCVN 86:2019/BTTTT or QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN for the SDoC process. During this time frame, devices using 5G NR and/or LTE NB-IoT technology may use either QCVN 18:2022/BTTTT or QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN for the SDoC process. Starting January 1, 2027, all of the devices listed above are required to apply QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN for the SDoC process. Local labs are currently preparing to apply for MST accreditation for this new standard and will be ready prior to January 1, 2026.
