印尼 (INDONESIA) 认证

印尼计划推行CISPR 35

印尼DJID近期于 2025 年 5 月 16 日举行了一次会议，旨在讨论 CISPR 35 抗扰度测试报告的实施情况。计划实施日期为 2025 年 9 月 1 日，在此之前DJID 将先进行在线调查。在 CISPR 35 实施之前仍然可以进行测试，海外测试报告仍可被接受用于认证过程。且提交给 DJID 的文件仍然只允许使用 CISPR 32。如果有将 CISPR 35 添加到测试报告中，则仍可使用符合 IEC 6100 标准的测试报告。如果产品无法测试其中某些参数，则需要由实验室稽查并出具相关声明进行免验。

Direktorat Jenderal Infrastruktur Digital (DJID) of Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi) in Indonesia held a meeting on May 16, 2025 to discuss the implementation of the CISPR 35 Immunity Test Report. The planned implementation date is September 1, 2025, and DJID will conduct an online survey first. Testing is still possible prior to the implementation of CISPR 35, and overseas test reports may still be used for the certification process. Documents submitted to DJID before the CISPR 35 implementation date are still allowed to use only CISPR 32. Test reports with the standard IEC 6100 may still be used if CISPR 35 is added to the test report. If a product cannot test for some parameters, it may be allowed if it is check and declared by a lab.

 

香港 (HONG KONG) 认证

The Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) in Hong Kong published a press release on April 28, 2025, announcing its decision to grant consent to China Mobile Hong Kong Limited (CMHK) to cease its 3G mobile services on June 30, 2025. CMHK is required to provide 3G services until June 30, 2025, and OFCA recommends that affected customers consider upgrading their services or replacing their devices prior to this date.

 

澳大利亚 (AUSTRALIA) 认证

澳大利亚通信和媒体管理局(ACMA)已开始以下变更信息公众意见征集：

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has opened the following public consultations:

• Changes to frequency band plans – With the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence 2015scheduled to sunset on October 1, 2025, ACMA proposes remaking the class license with changes to the Radiocommunications Frequency Band Plan 2022 for Mobile-Satellite Service in the 1980-2010 MHz and 2170-2200 MHz bands, and for Television Outside Broadcasting in the 2010-2110 MHz and 2200-2300 MHz band. The consultation may be accessed on //www.acma.gov.au/consultations/2025-05/changes-frequency-band-plans and will be open for comments until June 20, 2025.

Sunsetting, remaking and revoking maritime instruments – The consultation calls for sunsetting The Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Major Coast Receive) Determination 2015 and The Radiocommunications – Maritime Omnibus Variation 2019 (No.1), and remaking The Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Maritime Coast Licence) Determination 2015 and The Radiocommunications (Maritime Ship Station – 27 MHz and VHF) Class Licence 2015. TIS 1436 第 3 -2021部分：低压开关设备和控制设备组件，一般用途的配电板 – 从 2025 年 10 月 1 日起生效。

目前持有证书的进口商或新的本地进口商必须遵循这些新标准进行认证。

The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has updated the following standards:

• TIS 2134-2022 Air conditioners for rooms, energy efficiency – Effective starting April 4, 2026.
• TIS 2461-2565 Hot and cold water dispensers for consumption and cold water dispensers for consumption: safety only – Effective starting October 1, 2025.
• TIS 60335 Part 2(13)-2021 Safety of household electrical appliances and similar electrical appliances Part 2(13) Particular requirements for deep-frying appliances, frying pans and other similar electrical appliances – Effective starting October 1, 2025.
• TIS 60335 Part 2(23)-2021 Safety of household electrical appliances and similar electrical appliances Part 2(23) Specific requirements for electrical appliances for hair, fur or skin care – Effective starting October 1, 2025.
• TIS 60335 Part 2(25)-2022 Safety of household and similar electrical appliances – Part 2(25): Particular requirements for microwave ovens, including combination microwave ovens – Effective starting December 30, 2025.
• TIS 866 Part 30(101)-2018 Rotating electrical machinery Part 30(101) Efficiency classes of three-phase induction alternating current electric motors – Effective starting April 18, 2026.

• TIS 1436 Part 3-2021 Low-voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies, Part 3 Power distribution boards intended for general use – Effective starting October 1, 2025.

The updated standards may be found here, and importers currently holding certificates or new local importers must follow these new standards for certification.

 

巴拉圭 (PARAGUAY) 认证

The National Telecommunications Commission of Paraguay published Resolución Directorio N° 1035/2025 on April 23, 2025, on the authorization of the 5925-6425 MHz band for low power wireless access systems.

The 6 GHz sub-band 6425-7125 MHz is forbidden, and all Wi-Fi 6E devices in Paraguay must have this sub-band disabled.

Manufacturers and Importers who are interested in including the Wi-Fi 6E feature in certificates of already approved products may request a partial modification to their current certificates.

 

智利 (CHILE) 认证

该决议将于 2026 年 2 月 22 日生效。

The Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications of Chile has issued Exempt Resolution N° 737 , amending Resolution N°1.985, which regulates Standards for Short Range Equipment.

Key Changes in Chile Short-Range Equipment Rules

• Certification Scope Reduced

Only specific categories—like certain medical communication devices—now require formal certification. Notably, new medical data acquisition devices operating at low power within the 430–440 MHz band are now included in this list.

• QR Code Marking Replaces Certification

Most short-range equipment (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee) no longer need full certification. Instead, manufacturers or importers must: Ensure emissions meet regulatory standards, provide a Test Report, and Affix a compliant QR code linking to a website with detailed technical and commercial information.

• Transparent Compliance

The QR-linked website must disclose commercial info, technical specs, and conformity declarations. This allows public access to compliance status while enabling SUBTEL to conduct inspections at any time.

The resolution will enter into force on February 22, 2026.
