巴西国家电信局ANATEL于2025年8月1日发布N°780决议，针对电信产品认证流程作出重要指示。该决议是对原核心认证法规N°715的补充，明确市场准入义务与责任、ANATEL认证标识使用规范、消费者权益保护条款等关键内容。新规特别强调，电信网络数据中心将首次面临合规检查。

Brazil ANATEL Publishes Resolução N°780

The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil published Resolução N°780 on August 1, 2025, providing important clarifications regarding the certification process for telecommunications products in Brazil. The new resolution complements Resolução N°715, the main certification regulation for ANATEL. The clarifications include topics such as marketplace obligations and liabilities, general rules for ANATEL label use, and Consumer Protection Code use. The new resolution also confirms that data centers that are a part of telecommunications networks will face compliance checks for the first time.

旧IEC 62368-1：2014标准已正式被淘汰

即日起，阿联酋ECAS认证申请不再接受依据 IEC 62368-1:2014 旧标准出具的安全报告。

为确保认证合规性与技术先进性，后续仅认可符合最新标准要求的安全报告，具体为：

Older IEC Standard No Longer Accepted

Please be advised that, effective immediately, safety reports according to the standard IEC 62368-1:2014 will no longer be accepted to certify ECAS applications in UAE . Going forward, we will only accept safety reports that comply with the latest standards, specifically IEC 62368-1:2018 and IEC 62368-1:2023.

印度尼西亚DJID更新文件格式

印度尼西亚DJID于2025年7月15日发布新闻公告，宣布对《电信工具及设备技术标准》DoC文档格式进行调整。此次格式变更旨在提升证书评估流程效率。自2025年8月1日起，所有证书申请必须采用新版DoC提交。8月31日后未采用新格式的申请将被直接驳回。

Indonesia DJID Updates DoC Format

Direktorat Jenderal Infrastruktur Digital (DJID) of Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi) in Indonesia published a press release on July 15, 2025, announcing changes to the format of DoCs to the Technical Standards for Telecommunications Tools and Devices. The goal of the format change is to improve efficiency of the certificate evaluation processes. Starting August 1, 2025, all certificate applications must use the new DoC format. All applications submitted after August 31, 2025 without the new format will be rejected.

Colombia CRC Updates Mobile Device Homologation Technical Standards

The Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones (CRC) has released Circular No. 162 of 2025, introducing important updates to Colombia’s technical standards for terminal equipment homologation. This new circular replaces Circular 155 of 2024.Detailed technical specifications are now included for the 2500 MHz and 3500 MHz bands .For the first time, fixed-line phones and satellite phones are formally included in the homologation framework. Specific network and electromagnetic exposure standards are now defined for these device types, broadening the scope of regulatory coverage.

Panama 6GHz devices regulations have been updated

ASEP has released new conditions for short-range devices, detailing which frequency bands and emission limits apply in Panama. The allocations now cover 2.3 GHz, 5 GHz, and the full 6 GHz range (5.925–7.125 GHz). These updates reference FCC Part 15 as the technical basis for emission conditions.
