巴西 (BRAZIL) 认证

巴西ANATEL取消FDD Band 2 (1880-1920 MHz)许可

巴西国家电信局ANATEL于2025年8月20日发布nº246/2025/ORCN/SOR-ANATEL公函，明确指出所有新旧蜂窝设备（已获批或待批）禁用FDD Band 2 (1880-1920 MHz)。即使设备处于更新阶段，此频段同样不适用。

Brazil ANATEL Ends 1880-1920 MHz Band FDD Equipment Certification

The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil published Ofício nº 246/2025/ORCN/SOR-ANATEL on August 20, 2025, confirming that all new and existing cellular devices (already approved or to be approved) cannot work with FDD Band 2 (1880-1920 MHz). Even for renewal processes, ANATEL confirmed that this FDD band cannot be considered.

 

乌克兰 (UKRAINE) 认证

乌克兰开放Wi-Fi 6E

自2025年9月1日起，乌克兰正式批准5945-6425 MHz频段用于Wi-Fi 6（IEEE 802.11ax）及后续版本。新规则允许：

• 室内低功耗（LPI）Wi-Fi 6设备，EIRP最高可达200 mW。
• 极低功耗（VLP）Wi-Fi 6设备，EIRP最高可达25 mW，包括便携式和户外使用。

Ukraine Allows Wi-Fi 6E Technology

As of September 1, 2025, Ukraine officially authorizes the use of the 5945–6425 MHz frequency range for Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) and future releases.

The new rules allow:

• Indoor Low Power (LPI) Wi-Fi 6 devices up to 200 mW EIRP.
• Very Low Power (VLP) Wi-Fi 6 devices up to 25 mW EIRP, including portable and outdoor use.

 

菲律宾 (PHILIPPINE) 认证

菲律宾NTC将关闭2G和3G网络

菲律宾国家电信委员会NTC于2025年8月28日发布第003-09-2025号备忘录通告，宣布将于2026年12月31日前完成3G服务全面停用。2G服务淘汰时间表待定。NTC将发布专项指南，以规范支持2G/3G移动设备逐步淘汰流程。

Philippines NTC To Sunset 2G and 3G

The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines previously held a public consultation on August 2, 2025, to decommission 2G and 3G mobile network services. NTC published Memorandum Circular No. 003-09-2025 on August 28, 2025. The Philippines will complete the sunset of 3G services by December 31, 2026. 2G services will be decommissioned on a different schedule. NTC will issue a separate guideline regarding the phase out of mobile devices that are 2G and 3G capable.

 

尼日利亚 (NIGERIA) 认证

尼日利亚国家通信委员会NCC发布6 GHz频段监管指南草案

尼日利亚通信委员会NCC近日发布了关于使用6 GHz低频段频谱（5925-6425MHz）指导草案。根据新规，该频段现可免许可共享使用，适用于无线接入系统（WAS）和无线局域网（RLAN）等应用场景，包括Wi-Fi 6技术。用户必须在部署前向NCC申请运营许可豁免。

Nigeria NCC Publishes Draft 6 GHz Band Guidelines

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has issued draft guidelines for the use of the lower 6 GHz spectrum (5925–6425 MHz) in Nigeria. The lower 6 GHz band is now available for Wireless Access Systems (WAS) and Radio Local Area Networks (RLAN) applications, including Wi-Fi 6, on a license-exempt and shared basis. However, users must apply for an Operational Licence-exemption certificate from the NCC before deployment.

 

埃及 (EGYPT) 认证

埃及NTRA将禁止进口仅支持3G之设备

埃及国家电信监管局NTRA于2025年9月1日向电信设备制造商和进口商发出公告，宣布自2025年10月1日起，仅支持3G不含更高技术的蜂窝设备将不被批准或进口。

Egypt NTRA to Ban Import of 3G-Only Devices

The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt sent a notice to manufacturers and importers of telecommunications devices on September 1, 2025, announcing that shipments containing cellular devices operating solely on 3G technology without higher technologies will not be type approved or imported as of October 1, 2025.

香港OFCA更新6 GHz频段和NR用户设备规范

香港通讯管理局OFCA于2025年8月发布以下无线电设备规范：

HKCA 1081，第2版，无线局域网6 GHz频段无线电通信设备性能规范。

HKCA 1085，第2版，新无线电（NR）用户设备性能规范。

Hong Kong OFCA Updates 6 GHz Band and NR User Equipment Specifications

The Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) in Hong Kong published the following Radio Equipment Specifications in August 2025: HKCA 1081, Issue 2, Performance Specification for Radiocommunications Apparatus Operating in the 6 GHz Band for Wireless Local Area Network; HKCA 1085, Issue 2, Performance Specification for New Radio (NR) User Equipment.

Peru Publishes National Cybersecurity Strategy 2026-2028

The Secretaria de Gobierno y Transformación Digital in Peru published the Estrategia Nacional de Ciberseguridad del Perú 2026-2028 (ESNACIB) on August 15, 2025. The ESNACIB aims to align Peru’s cybersecurity development with global standards to foster a resilient digital ecosystem, strengthen protection and response capacity against cyber threats, and promote cybersecurity in future research and innovation.

马来西亚MCMC开放IMT频段B79、B31及B39认证许可

马来西亚通信和多媒体委员会MCMC于2025年9月3日宣布，以下IMT频段通信设备可获批认证：IMT B79 (5G n79）-4700-4800 MHz；IMT B31 (LTE B31）-452.5-457.5 MHz&462.5 - 467.5 MHz；及IMT B39 (LTE B39）-1900-1915 MHz。

Malaysia MCMC Allows Certification of International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) frequency bands：IMT Bands 79, 31, and 39

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) announced on September 3, 2025, that communications equipment operating in the following IMT bands may be certified: IMT Band 79 (5G n79) – 4700-4800 MHz; IMT Band 31 (LTE B31) – 452.5 - 457.5 MHz and 462.5 - 467.5 MHz; and IMT Band 39 (LTE B39) – 1900 – 1915 MHz.

肯尼亚通信管理局现计划通过直接联系签字人或签发公司来验证LoA文件的真实性。

所有提交的授权书必须包含以下强制性信息，否则会被直接退件

• 制造商的正式信笺

• 制造商的官方标识

• 准确的物理地址、邮政信箱和有效电话号码

• 明确提及肯尼亚作为目标国家

• 签字人全名和职务

• 签字人签名及公章

• 签字人或生产商的有效电子邮件地址

• 制造商官方网站

Important operational update on type approval procedures

the CAK Authority now intends to authenticate LoAs by directly contacting the signatories or the issuing companies.

It is imperative that all LoAs submitted include the following mandatory information:any omission of the above details will result in immediate rejection of the application.

• Official letterhead of the Manufacturer

• Manufacturer’s official logo

• Accurate physical address, P.O. Box, and active phone number (CAK may call for confirmation)

• Clear mention of Kenya as the target country

• Full name and title of the signatory

• Signature and official stamp of the signatory

• Valid email address of the signatory or Manufacturer

• Manufacturer’s official website

Uzbekistan Publishes RoHS Regulation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan published Resolution No. 517 on August 15, 2025, which approves the Technical Regulation on Limiting the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical Engineering and Radio electronic Products. The regulation will enter into effect 6 months after the date of publication, on February 17, 2026.
