印度 (INDIA) 认证

印度采用新ICT安全标准IS/IEC 62368-1：2023

印度电子与信息技术部（Meity）于2025年10月29日发布公告，宣布将标准IS 13252：Part 1：2010及IS 616：2017逐步过渡至IS/IEC 62368-1：2023。根据新规，增强现实、虚拟现实及混合现实等扩展现实产品须在2026年5月1日前完成标准更新，其余相关产品则须在2028年11月1日前完成过渡。旧标准将于2028年11月1日后正式废止。

India Updates ICT Safety Standards with IS/IEC 62368-1:2023

The Ministry of Electronics and information Technology (Meity) of India published a notification on October 29, 2025, regarding the Migration to IS/IEC 62368:Part 1:2023 from IS 13252:Part 1:2010 and IS 616:2017. Extended Reality Products such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality, will have a deadline of May 1, 2026 to comply with the new standard. All other products that fall under IS 13252:Part 1:2010 and IS 616:2017 will have a deadline of November 1, 2028 to comply with the new standard. Standards IS 13252:Part 1:2010 and IS 616:2017 will be withdrawn after November 1, 2028.

 

越南 (VIETNAM) 认证

越南MST发布公告29/2025/TT- BKHCN

越南科技部MST发布新公告29/2025/TT- BKHCN，取代旧版本02/2024/TT- BTTTT。新版增加以下内容更新：工业计算机被列入强制产品清单，HS编码设为 8471.41.90 ；部分本地标准： QCVN 38：2011/BTTTT、QCVN 39：2011/BTTTT、QCVN 26：2011/BTTTT、QCVN 28：2011/BTTTT自2026年12月15日起将不再适用于卫星和海洋设备；废除最多3件产品运输例外条款，新公告将于2025年12月31日生效。

Vietnam MST Issues Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) of Vietnam has issued Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN, which replaces Circular 02/2024/TT-BTTTT. Under this new Circular, the following updates have been added: Industrial Computer has been added to the mandatory product lists with the HS code 8471.41.90; Some local standards will stop being applied for satellite and marine devices until December 15, 2026: QCVN 38:2011/BTTTT, QCVN 39:2011/BTTTT, QCVN 26:2011/BTTTT, QCVN 28:2011/BTTTT; Shipments with a maximum of 3 products will have the exception condition abolished.Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN will come into effect on December 31, 2025.

Mexico CRT Transition Update

La Comisión Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones (CRT) of Mexico published an Agreement on November 13, 2025, announcing that deadlines and terms for all procedures, services, and processes initiated before the CRT be suspended between November 7-14, 2025.

Digital Access to Certified Telecom Equipment in Cambodia

The Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) has officially launched an online search platform listing all telecommunications equipment that has received Type Approval Certificates. This system, now live on the TRC website, supports improved public service and regulatory compliance by offering real-time access to verified data for importers, suppliers, and distributors operating in Cambodia.

 

尼日尔 (NIGER) 认证

尼日尔ARCEP监管指南重要更新

自2025年10月8日已生效之000011/ARCEP/CNRCEP/25决议，其重要更新对现有认证申请产生影响。

最新情况摘要：

1. 认证申请：

•需由当地代表提供一份实体申请（两套完整文件）。

•制造商需向当地代表出具直接授权委托书（LoA）

2. 样本要求：

•射频设备：若官方机构认为必要，可要求提供样机。

•终端设备（例如平板电脑、PC、笔记本电脑、智能手机）：需要提供2个样机进行当地测试

•所有检测费用（包括任何附加费用）均由申请人承担。

Important update for NIGER ARCEP Regulatory Guidelines

An important update effective since DECISION 000011/ARCEP/CNRCEP/25 of October 8, 2025 with immediate impact on ongoing applications.

Summary of the Niger update:

1. Homologation Application File:

•A physical application is required from the local representative (two complete sets).

•A Direct Letter of Authorization (LoA) from the manufacturer to the local representative is now mandatory.

2. Sample Requirements:

•RF Equipment: A sample may be requested by the agency if deemed necessary.

•Terminal Equipment (e.g., tablets, PCs, notebooks, smartphones): Two samples are required for testing at the ARCEP laboratory.

•All testing costs, including any additional fees, will be borne by the applicant.

 

智利 (CHILE) 认证

智利SRD设备简化二维码打标

SUBTEL于2025年11月24日发布决议N° 2.219，基于决议N° 737 短程设备监管框架引入关键修正案。

强制性实施日期保持不变，生效日期仍为2026/2/22；医疗设备除开，其他短距离设备不再进行型式认证，通过二维码和公共网页进行自我声明；网站、符合性声明（DoC）格式及商业信息披露要求仍遵循N° 737。

这项新决议N° 2.219为强制性二维码验证系统提供了关键灵活性，特别针对二维码放置的替代方案以及针对已获证产品之技术信息管理。

•如二维码无法放置在产品包装，允许放置在设备本体或随货纸质文件（说明书/保卡）

•于2026年2月22日截止日期前已获证设备，仅需通过二维码链接公布其现有认证信息。

Chile Eases QR Code Rules for SRD Compliance

Subtel has issued Resolution N° 2.219 (published November 24, 2025) as a key amendment to the comprehensive SRD regulatory framework introduced by Resolution N° 737.

The target date for the transition remains February 22, 2026, as originally established in Resolution N° 737. SUBTEL will continue to issue certifications only for medical-related equipment. Certificates for other devices cannot be requested even on a voluntary basis.The requirements regarding the website, the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) format, and commercial information will stay the same as previously defined in Resolution N° 737.

This new resolution provides critical flexibility for the mandatory QR Code verification system, specifically addressing alternatives for QR code placement and the management of technical information for products already certified.

QR Code Placement Alternatives: If placing the QR code on the exterior packaging is not practical, the resolution now allows it to be placed directly on the equipment or included in the paper documentation (e.g., the manual or warranty) delivered with the product.

Transition Period for Legacy Products: Equipment for which a Certificate of Certification was requested before the February 22, 2026, deadline only needs to publish their existing certification via the QR Code hyperlink.

韩国MSIT发布广播电信设备强制使用USB Type-C 2025-56公告

韩国科学技术信息通信部发布第2025-56号公告，要求自2026年11月5日起，所有管控设备必须支持USB-C充电。

以下通过有线充电或同时通过有线充电传输数据的设备必须配备USB Type-C插座连接器：

South Korea MSIT on Mandating the USB Type-C Receptacle Connector for Broadcasting and Communication Equipment, Including Mobile and Smart Devices, Notice No. 2025-56

South Korean Ministry of Science and ICT published Notice No. 2025-56 On 5 November 2025, which requires listed devices to support USB-C charging and will come into effect from 5 November 2026.

The following devices that are charged via wired charging or that simultaneously transmit data via wired charging must be equipped with a USB Type-C receptacle connector:
