印尼 (INDONESIA) 认证

印度尼西亚通信与数字部Komdigi发布LTE和IMT修订版技术标准。

印度尼西亚通信与数字部Komdigi已修订第352/2024号通信与数字规章，并于2025年12月19日推出第569/2025号公告。新规将于2026年1月19日正式生效。新规指出，自2026年1月19日起已获认证之设备若启用4G B41/5G n41需重新认证。

Indonesia Komdigi Publishes Revised LTE and IMT Standard

Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi) in Indonesia revised KM Komdigi No. 352/2024, publishing KEPMEN KOMDIGI No. 569 Tahun 2025 on December 19, 2025. This new regulation will come into effect on January 19, 2026. Products using the b41/n41 band feature that already have a certificate will need to be re-certified starting January 19, 2026.

 

沙特阿拉伯 (SAUDI ARABIA) 认证

SASO IEC 62680-1-2:2023 及 SASO IEC 62680-1-3:2023 已强制实施

沙特阿拉伯标准、计量与质量组织（SASO）最新通知SASO IEC 62680-1-2:2023 及 SASO IEC 62680-1-3:2023 两项标准已明确强制实施，为保障过渡顺畅，实施日期将分为两阶段，内容摘要如下：

第一阶段（2026年1月1日生效）：适用于手机、平板电脑、数码相机、电子阅读器、便携式游戏机、耳机、耳塞、音箱、键盘、鼠标、便携式导航系统、便携式音响及无线路由器；

第二阶段（2026年4月1日生效）：适用于便携式计算机。

SASO IEC 62680-1-2:2023 and SASO IEC 62680-1-3:2023 are now come into effected

Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) issue the mandatory implementation of standards SASO IEC 62680-1-2:2023 and SASO IEC 62680-1-3:2023.to ensure a smooth transition, SASO has announced a revised enforcement schedule:

Stage 1 (Effective January 1, 2026): Applies to mobile phones, tablets, digital cameras, e-readers, portable video game consoles, headphones, earphones, speakers, keyboards, mice, portable navigation systems, portable speakers, and wireless routers.

Stage 2 (Effective April 1, 2026): Applies to portable computers (laptops).

 

斯里兰卡 (SRI LANKA) 认证

斯里兰卡授权应用ECS系统提交电信设备申请

斯里兰卡电信监管委员会TRCSL已强制要求供应商使用ECS设备清关系统提交所有电信设备型式认证申请。

各供应商现必须分配一个与供应商注册绑定的唯一电子邮箱地址以访问ECS。TRCSL将拒绝重复使用或以共享电子邮件账户提交申请。

为遵守ECS系统访问规则，供应商必须遵循以下要求：

• 每个供应商注册时需使用一个唯一的电子邮件地址。

• 避免在不同供应商之间共享电子邮箱凭证。

• 所有文件及申请须通过ECS系统生成的电子邮件进行专属沟通

• 通过监管机构指定的在线表格提供最新电子邮件地址及联系方式。

• 定期检查ECS收件箱，留意申请要求和状态通知。

Sri Lanka ECS Mandate for Telecom Applications

The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) has enforced a mandatory rule requiring vendors to use its Equipment Clearance System (ECS) for all telecom equipment application submissions.

From now on, each vendor must assign a unique email address linked to their Vendor License to access ECS. TRCSL will reject submissions that reuse or share email accounts.

To comply with the ECS access rules, vendors must:

• Use one unique email address per Vendor License.

• Avoid sharing email credentials between vendors.

• Communicate exclusively through ECS-generated emails for all documentation and requests.

• Provide up-to-date email and contact details via the regulator’s designated online form.

• Regularly monitor ECS inboxes for submission requirements and status notifications.

 

黎巴嫩 (LEBANON) 认证

黎巴嫩:型式批准责任移交至TRA电信监管局

黎巴嫩政府已重新调整电信及无线电设备审批职责。

所有后续认证将由原电信部MoT转移至电信监管局TRA负责办理，现有认证批准亦将纳入TRA监管范围。

Lebanon: Responsibility for Type Approvals Transferred to TRA

The Lebanese government has reassigned responsibility for the approval of telecommunications and radio equipment.

All future certifications will be handled by the TRA. Existing approvals will also fall under TRA oversight.

 

巴布亚新几内亚 (PAPUA NEW GUINEA) 认证

巴布亚新几内亚证书有效期修订为3年

国家信息与通信技术管理局NICTA修订型式认证框架。所有证书（新旧证书）有效期最长为三年。2022年之前签发的证书不再有效，必须重新申请。

可通过查阅官方NICTA认证数据库了解证书受影响情况。新型号申请现可通过NICTA型式认证平台直接提交，此举有望缩短取证周期。

Papua New Guinea NICTA Limits Type Approval Certificate Validity to 3 years

The National Information and Communications Technology Authority (NICTA) has revised its type approval framework. All certificates—new and existing—are now limited to a maximum validity of three years. Certificates issued before 2022 are no longer valid and must be renewed.

 You can check how your certificate is affected by consulting the official NICTA certificate database. New type approval submissions can now be made directly via the NICTA Type Approval Platform. This may help reduce processing time.

越南 (VIETNAM) 认证#1

越南科技部发布电磁兼容技术规范公告函

越南科技部MoST此前就《终端及辅助设备电磁兼容性通函草案》开展公众咨询。2025年12月31日，MST颁布第52/2025/TT- BKHCN号公告，正式实施数字蜂窝通信系统移动终端及辅助设备国家电磁兼容技术规范QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN。该规范将于2026年2月16日正式生效。

Vietnam MST Publishes Circular Promulgating EMC Technical Regulation

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) of Vietnam previously held a public consultation on the Draft Circular on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Terminal and Ancillary Equipment. MST published Circular No. 52/2025/TT-BKHCN on December 31, 2025, which promulgates the national technical regulation on EMC for mobile terminal and ancillary equipment of digital cellular telecommunications systems (QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN). This Circular comes into effect on February 16, 2026.

越南科技部MoST发布新公告29/2025/TT- BKHCN

越南科技部MoST最新颁布第29/2025/TT- BKHCN号通告，将取代现行第02/2024/TT- BTTTT 号通告。新通告自2025年12月31日起正式生效。新规重要概述如下：

• QCVN 134:2024/ BTTTT 将强制实施。具体要求如下：

• 手机：自2026年7月1日起，需按照新标准申请型式认证和SDoC。

• DECT：自2027年7月1日起，需按照新标准申请型式认证和SDoC。

• 平板电脑、带射频功能的笔记本电脑：自2027年7月1日起，需按照新标准申请SDoC。

• Wifi 6E、Wifi 7设备（仅限5925MHz-6425MHz频段）：现强制要求按照新标准QCVN 47:2015/ BTTTT和QCVN 96:2015/ BTTTT申请型式认证和SDoC。

• QCVN 55:2023/ BTTTT中关于NFC、RFID、SRD的测试要求：自2025年7月1日起，极端环境测试不再强制。

• 更新QCVN 54:2020/ BTTTT：WiFi 2.4GHz和 QCVN 65:2023/ BTTTT：WiFi 5.0GHz的测试要求，自2025年7月1日至2026年12月15日，极端环境测试不再强制。

New Circular No. 29/2025/TT-BKHCN replacing existing Circular No. 02/2024/TT-BTTTT

Vietnam MoST (Ministry of Science and Technology) has just issued the new Circular 29/2025/TT-BKHCN which will replace Circular 02/2024/TT-BTTTT. This new Circular will be valid from December 31, 2025

Below are some highlighted features for your reference:

• QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT will be mandatory. Details:

• Mobile phone: mandatory to type approval certification and SDoC for this new standard from July 01, 2026.

• DECT Phone: mandatory to type approval certification and SDoC for this new standard from July 01, 2027.

• Tablet, Notebook with RF function: mandatory to SDoC for this standard from July 01, 2027.

• Wifi 6E, Wifi 7 device (5925 MHz- 6425 MHz only): mandatory to type approval certification and SDoC under QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT and QCVN 96:2015/BTTTT

• QCVN 55:2023/BTTTT for NFC, RFID, SRD is not mandatory for testing in extreme conditions from July 01, 2025.
