肯尼亚通信管理局CA发布移动蜂窝设备技术规范  

肯尼亚通信管理局CA于2026年3月24日发布移动蜂窝设备技术规范。根据新规范，所有提交型式认证申请蜂窝设备必须采用USB Type-C作为充电接口，且充电线可从电源适配器上拆卸。通信管理局于2026年3月26日发布新闻稿，明确指出在2026年3月24日前获得批准的手机和平板电脑仍可继续使用、持有和销售。

Kenya CA Publishes Mobile Device Standards

The Communications Authority (CA) of Kenya published the Technical Specifications for Mobile Cellular Devices on March 24, 2026. According to the new specifications, all cellular devices must use USB Type-C as a charging interface with a charging cable that is detachable from the power adapter. CA issued a press release on March 26, 2026, clarifying that phones and tablets approved prior to March 24, 2026 are still allowed to be used, owned, and sold.

Pakistan PTA Authorizes 5G Services

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) announced on March 19, 2026, that Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) are now formally authorized to begin 5G services in Pakistan.

 

也门 (YEMEN) 认证

也门：亚丁设立区域管理局

目前，也门无线电设备审批工作由不同机构分管，各地区执法力度存在差异。鉴于其政治局势，无线电产品型式认证现由两个独立机构负责管理：位于萨那以及亚丁的电信和信息技术部MTIT。

萨那目前强制要求进行认证，而亚丁预计很快也会在2026年不久后实施强制执行。

请注意，目前强制性合规要求尚未正式生效；该法规对萨那及亚丁控制区域均具有同等适用性。

Yemen: Regional Authority in Aden Established

Radio equipment approval in Yemen is now handled by separate authorities, with differing enforcement across regions.Due to Yemen's political situation, radio product type approval is now managed by two independent authorities: the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology (MTIT) in Sana'a and the MTIT in Aden.

While certification is currently mandatory in Sana'a, enforcement in Aden is expected soon following the issuance of certificates since early 2026.

Please note that mandatory compliance is not yet obligatory at this moment, and the same regulation applies to Sana'a as to the Aden-controlled regions.

香港OFCA HKCA 1078与HKCA 1049标准更新

香港通信管理局OFCA于2026年3月18日发布OFCA HKCA 1078与HKCA 1049 两个标准设备性能规范，修订内容包括：

‣ HKCA 1078：920–925 MHz频段无线电设备

- 将适用范围扩展至提供公共电信服务的无线电设备（但不限此类设备）

- 删除有关电气安全和辐射防护条款

- 增加补充性技术要求

‣ HKCA 1049：865–868 MHz和/或920–925 MHz频段射频识别RFID设备

- 删除电气安全及辐射防护条款

Hong Kong OFCA standards HKCA 1078 & HKCA 1049 updates

Hong Kong OFCA has updates 2 Standards on March 18,2026，which includes:

‣ Performance Specification for Radio Equipment operating in the 920 – 925 MHz Band (HKCA 1078 ISSUE 2 MARCH 2026)

- Extended the scope to cover radio equipment including but not limited to those for the provision of public telecommunications services

- Removed the clause on electrical safety requirements & the clause on radiation protection

- Supplemented the technical requirements

‣ Performance Specification for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Equipment Operating in the 865 – 868 MHz and/or 920 – 925 MHz Bands (HKCA 1049 ISSUE 2 MARCH 2026)

- Removed the clause on electrical safety requirements & the clause on radiation protection

印度电信部DoT此前于2026年3月6日发布关于新监管框架5925-6425 MHz频段启用合规要求通知。随后，该部门于2026年4月2日发布通告，将相关要求完成期限延长3个月，实际截止日期由原2026年4月6日调整至2026年7月6日。

India DoT Extends Timeline for Enabling 5925-6425 MHz Band

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of India previously issued a notification on March 6, 2026, on the Compliance Requirements for Enabling 5925-6425 MHz Band under the Revised Regulatory Framework. DoT issued a communication on April 2, 2026, which extends the timeline for completion of the requirements by 3 months starting April 6, 2026.

印度标准局BIS发布CRS LED灯具标准修订实施指南

本次标准更新引入IS 10322 (Part 1):2026以及IS 10322 (Part 5)系列中适用章节，涵盖固定灯具、嵌入式灯具、街道照明、泛光灯、应急照明、手提灯和照明链等产品。

标准关键更新包括新的安全与性能要求，例如IPX9防护等级、电磁兼容性考量、新标识规则、强化版电气安全标准，以及对应急照明和电池供电系统新的扩展要求。

目前设有过渡期，允许制造商在2026年8月2日之前同时使用旧标准和新修订标准。此后，所有证书认证申请仅接受新标准。

‣ 对于现有认证持有者，BIS要求：

- 提交来自BIS认可实验室更新版本测试报告（针对主型号）

- 声明并涵盖同一系列中其余型号

- 在截止日期前全面实施修订版新标准

- 违规可能导致许可证书被取消或相关型号被移出批准范围

‣ 对于新申请，BIS要求：

- 制造商在过渡期内仍可依据旧标准提交申请，但必须承诺在2026年8月2日前采用修订版本标准。此后，所有新型式认证批准均将基于更新后标准要求。

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has released new implementation guidelines for revised standards covering LED luminaires under the Compulsory Registration Scheme.

Effective March 20, 2026, the update introduces the revised IS 10322 (Part 1):2026 standard along with applicable sections under the IS 10322 (Part 5) series, covering products such as fixed luminaires, recessed luminaires, street lighting, flood lights, emergency lighting, hand lamps, and lighting chains.

Key updates in the revised standards include new safety and performance requirements such as IPX9 protection, EMF considerations, updated marking rules, enhanced electrical safety criteria, and expanded requirements for emergency lighting and battery-operated systems.

A transition period is in place, allowing concurrent use of old and revised standards until August 2, 2026. After this date, only the revised standards will be accepted for certification and licensing.

‣ For existing license holders, BIS requires:

- Submission of updated test reports from BIS-recognized labs for lead models

- Declaration and coverage of remaining models within the same series

- Full implementation of revised standards before the deadline

- Failure to comply may result in license cancellation or removal of models from the approved scope.

‣ For new applications

- Manufacturers may still apply under the old standards during the transition period, but must commit to adopting the revised standards by August 2, 2026. After this deadline, all new approvals will be based solely on the updated requirements.
