毛里求斯 (MAURITIUS) 认证

毛里求斯ICTA逐步淘汰3G服务

毛里求斯信息与通信技术管理局ICTA于2026年5月28日发布新闻公报，宣布政府计划逐步淘汰3G服务。移动网络运营商MNOs已开始拆除3G网络设施，并确认将在2028年后停止3G移动服务。ICTA呼吁公众停止进口和使用仅支持3G功能设备，引入并推广4G LTE和5G等新型通信技术。

Mauritius ICTA to Sunset 3G

The Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) of Mauritius published a Press Communique on May 28, 2026, announcing the Government's plans to phase out 3G services in Mauritius. Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) have begun decommissioning 3G networks, and confirmed that 3G mobile services will not be offered beyond 2028. ICTA has urged the public to discontinue importing and using 3G-only devices, and encourage the public to adopt newer technologies such as 4G LTE and 5G.

India DoT Exempts 77-81 GHz Band Licensing Requirements for Short-Range Automotive Radars

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of India published a notification on June 11, 2026, announcing the publication of the Use of Short-Range Automotive Radar System in the 77-81 GHz band (Exemption from Licensing Requirements) Rules, 2026.

 

印度 (INDIA) 认证#2

印度电信部批准5.9GHz频段用于车载C-V2X通信设备

印度电信部于2026年6月10日发布5.9GHz频段车载单元用于蜂窝车物互联通信豁免许可要求规则通知，该规则适用于5875–5905MHz频段，现已正式生效。

根据最新颁布的《BIS符合性评估修订条例（2026年版）》，印度安全认证体系BIS CRS注册有效期已延长至五年。

制造商现可同时办理有效期为5年的新注册和续证申请。此前的做法已被废除：即以往默认授予有效期为2年的新注册，可提交有效期分别为2/3/4或5年的续证申请现已不再适用。

此外，尽管注册有效期为5年，仍需每年缴纳相应续证费以确保注册持续有效。

该公告主要聚焦：

•BIS注册有效期已延长至5年。

•仅允许制造商将R编号证书有效期延至5年。

•每年制造商均须提交生产数据及相应的年度费用。

•BIS系统允许制造商在规定截止日期前提前完成年度更新流程。

India DoT Delicenses 5.9 GHz Band for C-V2X On Board Units

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of India published a notification on June 10, 2026, on the Use of On Board Unite for Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything Communication in the 5.9 GHz band (Exemption from Licensing Requirements) Rules, 2026. These rules are applied to the 5875-5905 MHz frequency band, and they are now in effect. 

India Safety BIS CRS extends registration validity to 5 years

As per the recent BIS Conformity Assessment Amendment Regulations, 2026, the validity of BIS registration has been extended to 5 years.

  The manufacturers can now obtain both new registrations and renewals with a validity period of 5 years. The formerly practice is repealed , that is ,new registrations were granted before by default for 2 years, while renewal applications could be submitted for validity periods of 2, 3, 4, or 5 years are no longer available.

 Moreover, even though the registration validity will remain 5 years, the applicable grant or renewal fees must still be paid annually ensuring the registration stays valid.

The key points of the notification are as follows,

• BIS registration validity has been increased to 5 years.

•Allows Manufacturers renew the R-number only for 5 years.

•Every year, manufacturers are required to submit production data along with the applicable annual fees.

BIS allows manufacturers to complete the annual renewal process in advance, before the prescribed due date.

 

越南 (VIETNAM) 认证

越南出台IP摄像头网络安全新规

2026年5月14日，越南公安部MPS发布第48/2026/TT-BCA号通告，颁布QCVN 11:2026/BCA国家新技术法规。该法规为适用于在越南市场生产、进口及流通的IP摄像头网络安全建立全新的法律框架。该通告自2026年7月1日起生效，取代了先前由原信息与通信部MIC发布的网络安全法规QCVN 135:2024/ BTTTT。

Vietnam Introduces IP Camera Cybersecurity Rules

On May 14, 2026, Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security (MPS) issued Circular No. 48/2026/TT-BCA, promulgating QCVN 11:2026/BCA。The regulation introduces a new legal framework for IP camera cybersecurity applicable to devices manufactured, imported, and circulated in the Vietnamese market. The Circular enters into force on July 1, 2026, replacing the previous cybersecurity regulation QCVN 135:2024/BTTTT, which was issued by the former Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC).

2026年5月27日，智利SUBTEL颁布了第966号决议，对2017年发布的SRD短程设备技术标准第1.985号进行修订。

主要修订内容包括：

•豁免清单增加超低功耗主动植入式医疗器械，工作频率范围为9–315kHz（场强限值：30 dBµA/m @ 10m）。

•新增保密测试报告替代提交渠道：可通过SUBTEL数字门户提交/上传，并通过官方邮箱发送密码及设备信息。

•为强制性包装二维码提供灵活尺寸和设计选择（符合ISO/IEC 18004标准要求），并确保其保持完全功能状态，从而简化物理标签规则。

Chile Updates Regulatory Framework for Short-Range Devices via Exempt Resolution No. 966

On May 27, 2026, Chile's SUBTEL issued Resolution No. 966, updating the technical standard for short-range devices (SRD) No. 1.985 of 2017.

 The main revisions include:

•Added in the exemption list, ultra-low-power active implantable medical devices operating between 9–315 kHz band (field strength limit: 30 dBµA/m at 10 meters).

•Added alternative submission channels for confidential test reports to be submitted/filed via SUBTEL’s digital portal and sending password & equipment information via official email.

•Eased physical labeling rules by offering flexible size and design choices for mandatory packaging QR codes—advising ISO/IEC 18004 alignment—provided they remain fully functional.

澳洲开展EESS国家数据库平台0级设备注册审计

本次审计重点在于核实0级注册文件中是否正确列出了相关的电气安全标准。

相关责任方自收到审查邮件之日起60天内，需审查所有0级设备注册信息，并更新未提供AS、AS/NZS或相关IEC标准的注册项目。请逐一核查所有0级设备注册信息，确保其均列明合规AS或AS/NZS；若无相关标准，则需补充最新IEC电气安全标准。

若0级设备注册信息未在60天内提供合规AS或AS/ NZS 标准或IEC标准报告，该设备注册将被官方取消或删除，系统将自动推送被取消或删除之设备注册情况。

An audit of out-of-scope equipment (also called Level 0 equipment registration on EESS platform) registered on the EESS national database platform has been conducted.

The audit focused on verifying the correct relevant electrical safety standard has been listed in your Level 0 registration.

You have 60 days from receipt of this email to review your out of scope (Level 0) equipment registration(s) and update those that do not have a current AS or AS/NZS (or IEC standard) as relevant. You should review every out-of-scope (Level 0) equipment registration you have to ensure it lists a current AS or AS/NZS or if no AS or AS/NZS exists then the current IEC electrical safety standard.

After 60 days, if the Level 0 equipment registration(s) do not have a current AS or AS/NZS standard listed (or if none exists then current IEC standard) the equipment registration will be cancelled/removed. You will be informed of any equipment registration removed or cancelled.
