印度 (INDIA) 认证#1

印度电信部DoT发布低6GHz频段 LPI & VLP WAS/RLAN草案 
印度电信部 (DoT) 于 2025 年 5 月 19 日发布了《2025 年低 6 GHz 频段低功率和极低功率无线接入系统（包括无线局域网）使用规则草案》。该规则适用于 5925-6425 MHz 频段，并将于《官方公报》平台公布后立即生效。低功率室内 (LPI) 设备的最大 EIRP 限值 为 1 W，极低功率室外 (VLP) 设备的最大 EIRP 限值为 25 mW。 
India DoT Publishes Draft LPI and VLP WAS/RLAN in Lower 6 GHz Band Rules 
The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of India published the Draft Use of Low Power and Very Low Power Wireless Access System including Radio Local Area Network in Lower 6  GHz band Rules, 2025 on May 19, 2025. These Rules apply to the 5925-6425 MHz frequency band and will come into effect once published in the Official Gazette. Low Power Indoor (LPI) devices will have a max EIRP of 1 W, and Very Low Power (VLP) Outdoor will have a max EIRP of 25 mW.

印度BIS实施IS 16333 (Part 3): 2022 修正案指南 
印度标准局BIS于 2025 年 5 月 30 日发布实施IS 16333 (Part 3): 2022修正案指南，其明确指出从 2025 年 9 月 19 日开始，所有手机均需提供纸质或数字化档用户手册（网页版指南和/
或包装二维码）。 
India BIS Issues Guideline for Implementation of IS 16333 (Part 3): 2022 The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) issued a Guideline on May 30, 2025, for the Implementation of Amendment No. 1 to IS 16333 (Part 3): 2022. Changes to the amendment  include requiring an instruction manual in printed or digital mode (online user guide and/or QR code on the packaging) for all mobile phone handsets, beginning September 19, 2025. 

 

印尼 (INDONESIA) 认证#1 

印尼&韩国实施电信设备测试实验室MRA互认 印尼和韩国于 2025 年 5 月 27 日实施了电信设备实验室MRA互认计划。官方消息称印尼根据该MRA 接受並批准了两个韩国当地测试实验室。 
Indonesia and Korea Implement MRA for Telecom Equipment Testing Labs Indonesia and Korea implemented a Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) for labs testing telecommunications equipment on May 27, 2025. Indonesia accepted and approved two Korean testing labs under this MRA.

印度尼西亚通信部计划于2026年前将电信设备测试转移至国内

印度尼西亚 Komdigi 机构于 2025 年 6 月 4 日发布了一则新闻稿，宣布计划到 2026 年底将大部分电信设备测试转移到国内。依托印度尼西亚数字测试室 IDTH 平台资质，印度尼西亚能够根据国际标准在国内开展测试 
Indonesia Komdigi To Shift Telecom Device Testing Domestically by 2026 Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi) of Indonesia published a press release on June 4, 2025, announcing the plan to shift the majority of telecommunications device testing domestically by the end of 2026. The presence of the Indonesia Digital Test House (IDTH) has allowed Indonesia the capacity to test domestically in accordance with international standards.

马来西亚 (MALAYSIA) 认证 

马来西亚取消3400-3700 MHz 频段类别分配 
马来西亚通讯及多媒体委员会 MCMC 此前于 2024 年 6 月 1 日发布通知，宣布取消在 3400-3700 MHz 频段内运行的卫星固定服务地球站和超宽带 （UWB） 通信设备的类别指配。自 2025 年 6 月 1 日起，不再允许使用 3400-3700 MHz 中的任何设备或装置。 
Malaysia MCMC 3400-3700 MHz Band Class Assignment Cancelled 
The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) previously issued a notice on June 1, 2024, announcing the cancellation of the Class Assignment for Fixed Satellite Service Earth Station(s) and Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Communication Device(s) that operate in the 3400-3700 MHz frequency band. As of June 1, 2025, the usage of any equipment or devices in the 3400-3700 MHz is no longer allowed. 

 

泰国 (THAILAND) 认证 

泰国NBTC 举行850 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2100 MHz, 2300 MHz 频段拍卖 
泰国国家广播和电信委员会 （NBTC） 此前曾就 IMT 服务的 850 MHz、1500 MHz、1800 MHz、2100 MHz、2300 MHz 和 26 GHz 频段举行了公众咨询。NBTC 将于 2025 年 6 月 29 日为 IMT 业务的这些频段举行拍卖。 
Thailand NBTC To Hold Auction on 850 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2100 MHz, and 2300 MHz The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand previously held a public consultation on the 850 MHz, 1500 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz, 2300 MHz and 26 GHz frequency bands for IMT services. NBTC will hold an auction for these frequency bands for IMT services on June 29, 2025. 

 

墨西哥 (MEXICO) 认证 

墨西哥IFT印章要求推迟至2027年 
墨西哥联邦电信研究所 IFT 已正式回应围绕其拟议修正案的公众咨询，以推迟在电信和广播设备上实施 IFT 印章。原计划定于 2025 年 7 月 1 日，新提议的日期延期为 2027 年 7 月 1 
日。 
Mexico’s IFT Seal Requirement Postponed to 2027 The Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) in Mexico has officially responded to the public consultation surrounding its proposed amendment to delay the enforcement of the IFT Seal on telecom and broadcasting equipment. Originally scheduled for July 1, 2025, the new proposed date is July 1, 2027.
